Laurentian Ski Hill's Carnival goes Sunday

The annual carnival at Laurentian Ski Hill is Sunday.

The General Manager of the hill is Trish Pecore.

She says there’s lots of events for people to take part in including Donut On A String, face painting, balloon animals, an obstacle course event and more.  

There’s also the widow’s handicap with males dressing up as females and vice versa.

Pecore says this event has been contested since the 1930’s and the original trophy will be awarded.

There’s also a box car race and a dummie race.

The box car race goes at 4 pm on Sunday.

Pecore says with the temperature warming up there’s still a few more good weeks of snowboarding and skiing left at the hill this season.
