OPPOPP confirming a collision involving a snowmachine yesterday (Sunday) in Calvin Township was a fatality.  

Police say a 12 year old boy succumbed to his injuries in hospital.  

The collision occurred after 5 pm Sunday in the area of Highway 630 and Peddlers Drive, south of Highway 17 East.

 

OPP say the snowmobiler failed to make his stop and a vehicle collided with him.  

The roadway was closed for about 3 hours.
