Bobby Orr trophyThe Rogers OHL Eastern Conference Final is tied at one, with the series is now here in North Bay.

The Battalion host game three tonight (Tuesday) at Memorial Gardens.

Head Coach Stan Butler says a focus is limiting turnovers as he says they allowed too many in game two, a 1-0 overtime loss to the Generals in Oshawa.

He says “When you’re turning pucks over, you’re chasing all the time, and against a big, strong team like Oshawa, it’s always better if they’re chasing you.

Butler says they have to forget about the game two loss and says despite the way it ended, he’s happy with how the series has gone.

He says “I think if we would’ve gone to Oshawa and somebody said to us ‘”ok a split'” you’d be happy with that. Obviously we would’ve liked to have had both games but we didn’t get them. Now we have to come home and play hard here and give our fans something to cheer about.”

Broadcast time on Country 600 CKAT starts with the pre-game show at 6:35 pm.

Meantime, the Battalion released a final block of tickets for tonight’s game, with the box office opening at 8:30 am.

A tailgate party starts at 4:30 p.m. outside Memorial Gardens and doors open at 5:30 p.m.
