Police (north bay)One person was injured after a crash on Main Street North in Callander Wednesday afternoon, after a car hit a pick-up truck.

The incident happened just after 2:30 pm.

City police say a 79 year old North Bay man has been issued a Provincial Offence Notice for careless driving after he lost control of his car.

The driver of the parked pick-up, who was in his vehicle at the time, was injured and taken to hospital.

Both vehicles along with a corner store’s sign were damaged.
