Another vote on the 60-fixed-40-variable split cost is coming forward.

Mayor Al McDonald says this could be the final vote on the payment rates.

McDonald adds this would state how to bring forward rate stabilization between the various classes, including commercial and industrial.

Also on the agenda, there are a number of public presentations including one on Municipal Elections.

Don Curry of the Multicultural Centre says regarding Municipal Elections, he has a proposal giving permanent residents who don’t have their Canadian citizenship the right to vote in Municipal Elections.

Lastly, there is a proposal to have an outdoor patio at a local restaurant on Main Street.

Mayor Al McDonald says he likes the idea, but there are number of steps needed before getting approval.
