sex ed 2 Concerned citizens on both sides of the sex-ed curriculam issue held rally’s outside of MPP Vic Fedeli’s office today (Wednesday).

Joe Sinicrope was the spokesperson for the side who are not in favour of the changes.

He says “This curriculum is not about information, it is about sexualizing our children.”

Sinicrope says “there’s nothing wrong with learning about body parts and saying no, but this goes way beyond that.”

George Waye spoke out for those who are in favour of the new curriculum.

He says “I think the idea that we should be avoiding talking to our children about facts is not benefiting kids and is not doing them any favours, they live in an age where information is abound and the correct information is what we need to be giving them.”

Waye adds the new Sex Ed curriculum address issues and concerns that are valid to kids today.
