Lakers men's hockey team wins, both soccer teams shutout on Sunday

In OUA men’s hockey, the Nipissing Lakers won 4-3 in overtime over RMC.

Four different Lakers scored in the win, including Craig Campbell with the overtime winner.

Sunday’s win comes on the heels of Saturday’s 3-2 win over McGill, the number four ranked team in the CIS.

Meantime, in OUA soccer, the Nipissing men lost 3-0 to the University of Toronto on Sunday while on the women’s side, the Lakers lost 4-0.

The men are 5th in the standings while the women are 7th, both teams have two games left in the regular season next weekend on the road against Queen’s and RMC.
