Charges range from North Bay, to Mississauga and Temagami.

A 45 year old city male is facing 5 charges following an incident on Tuesday afternoon.

Police say crack cocaine was sold to a woman at Cassells and First. Both her and the dealer were arrested and charged.

45 year old Philip Ray Hermans has been charged with trafficking in crack cocaine, possession of property obtained by crime and breach.

The 34 year old female has been charged with possession of crack cocaine. Police don’t release names of those charged for just possession.

Police say similar sales were conducted twice at the same location on Monday.

 

A 28 year old Mississauga man has been charged by North Bay Police following a traffic stop at the 11 and 17 bypass.

Kyle McDonald has been charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking in cocaine and possession of morphine.

Police say they seized 100g of crack cocaine with a street value estimated at $1500 and a small amount of morphine.

 

A 27 year old Temagami woman is facing several charges in connection with a drug seizure back in February.

At that time two people were charged and over $100,000 worth of drugs was seized.

Tuesday, during a traffic stop at Memorial Drive and Judge Avenue police arrested Ashley Ann Gaudette.

She has been charged with her several offenses including possession for the purpose of trafficking, possession of a firearm, possession of Marihuana, possession of a prohibited device, possession of a firearm obtained by crime, careless use of a firearm and possession of a firearm or ammunition contrary to a prohibition order.
