Smiles for Life

This year’s Smiles for Life campaign at Callander Bay Dental is half way over.

The campaign which started in March donates 100% of proceeds from teeth whitening to a local charity.

This year the local organization that benefits is Hands The Family Help Network.

Spokerson Samantha Simpkins says they’ve been doing this for 18 years now and have raised $300,000 over the years.

Simpkins says so far this year they’ve raised $2,400 and hope to raise $10,000 by the end of June.

Simpkins says in recent years they’ve supported the Gathering Place and the Nipissing Association for Disabled Youth.

Callander Bay Dental is part of the Crown Council which is a network of dentists around the world who raise money for disadvantaged and disabled children around the world.

She says Crown Council has raised 36 Million Dollars in the last 18 years.
