RBC Cup continues for a couple area hockey players

Powassan’s Lucas Brown and the Trenton Golden Hawks suffered their first loss the RBC Cup last night (Tuesday), a 4-3 shootout loss to West Kelowna.

Brown scored his second goal of the tournament for Trenton, who still leads the standings with 7 points.

Meantime, North Bay’s Colton Point and the Carleton Place Canadians take on West Kelowna this afternoon (Wednesday) as they look for their first win at the tournament.

Point made 41 saves in the Canadians 4-3 overtime loss to host Lloydminster on Monday.
