Several charges laid against North Bay woman

A 38 year old city woman is facing several charges following an investigation.

Police say Jennifer Rebecca Marie Hermans has been charged with trafficking in Marijuana, production of Marijuana, possession of firearms contrary to a prohibition order and two counts of careless storage of a firearm.

Police say they learned there was communication on social media about selling Marijuana.

Police seized several items at a Manitou Street residence including 12 Marijuana plants, two long rifles and ammunition.
