A 20 year old city woman is facing charges of assault and uttering threats after an incident on the weekend.

It’s alleged an argument at a get-together between friends at a North Bay residence turned violent when a woman was hit, then was stuck with a bottle and threatened.

The victim suffered non-life threatening injuries.

 

Meantime, North Bay Police are looking to speak with possible witnesses of a collision Friday before 1 pm, involving a car and a jeep.

The crash happened on Fisher Street at McIntyre East. Both drivers were not injured, while a passenger was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Both vehicles needed to be towed.
