North Bay is Under A Heat Warning

Environment Canada has issued the heat warning for the area.

With temperatures climbing to 30 and the UV index at 9, officials say the conditions could lead to heat exhaustion or heat stroke.

They ask that you drink plenty of water and dress for the heat.

Warnings of heat illness include dizziness, nausea, headache, rapid breathing and extreme thirst.
