CT33 Thunderbirds compete at Ontario Summer Short Course Festivals

Three CT33 Thunderbirds competed at the 2016 Ontario Summer Short Course Festivals this past weekend in Mississauga.

13 year old Trael Daly Stevens earned highest points for the team placing eighth in the Finals for the 100 Metre Freestyle event.  He also competed in the Finals for the 100 Metre Breast and 200 Metre Medley events placing  17^th and 9^th respectively.   Daly Stevens posted personal best times in his 100 Metre Freestye and the 200 Metre Medley. 

Meantime, 11 year old Riley Periard (pictured) achieved personal best times in three of her four events.  Over the course of two days Periard posted strong finishes in the 50, 100 and 200 Metre Freestyle events placing 11^th, 18^th, and 15^th respectively. She finished the event placing 25^th in the 200 Metre Medley event.

10 year old Peyton Paralovos had personal best times her events. She placed 24th in the 50 Metre and 32nd in the 100 Metre Freestyle events along with 21^st place for the 100 Metre Breast and 34^th for the 100 Metre Back .
