Repaving work at Lakeshore and Pinewood Park Drive

A traffic note for the south end of the city.

Crews will be doing road resurfacing work today (Friday) Monday and Tuesday at Lakeshore Drive and Pinewood Park Drive.

That means there will be lane reductions in place and there will be no access to and from Lamorie Street.

Meantime, the city says crews will be conducting water main repairs today starting at 8 am on Chippewa Street and Prince Edward Drive.

This means both lanes on Chippewa between Wyld and Fraser Streets will be closed to traffic as will both lanes on Prince Edward between Marshall Avenue and Charlton Crescent.

Local traffic will be allowed through and the closure will be in affect until 4 pm.
