Dracula comes to North Bay this week.

The play will be performed by the Gateway Theatre Guild from tomorrow through Saturday at Ecole Secondaire Publique Odysee.

Dracula: a story of survival in an original adaptation by local playwright Josh Bainbridge who is also the works director.

He says is a serious drama piece with some dark moments but not all dark.

Bainbridge says there are moments of levity too.

He says it’s nothing darker than your typical Walking Dead episode.

Bainbridge says his script is faithful to the intention of the original novel.

Tickets are available on line at gatewaytheatreguild.ca or at the box office at the school and they cost 20 dollars for adults and 15 for students.

The show time each night is 7:30.
