Summer In The Park is celebrating Canada’s 150th birthday with some of it’s daytime programming.

Motus O Dance Theatre’s physical work “From Fair & Wide, O Canada” reveals how fairs and festivals began in Canada and the impact they’ve had.

Performances take place both Saturday, August 5th and Sunday, August 6th.

The show combines spoken word, dance, music and song.

“We are excited to help to celebrate Canada’s 150th birthday,” said Summer in the Park Committee Member, Derek Shogren. “This should entertain audiences of all ages”.

The best part is that it’s completely free to the public. “No wristbands required!” said Shogren.
