A fundraiser with a James Bond theme is coming to North Bay in September.

It’s called the Mayor’s Casino Royale Fundraiser and funds raised will support the food bank at Canadore College, the North Bay Food Bank and Creative Industries, an organization dedicated to the arts community.

It was previously known as CBACH.

Two members of the organizing committee are Mark Deacon and Wendy Abdallah.

They say there’ll be lots to enjoy including a casino of course plus food, a martini bar, special guests and surprises as well.

Tickets to the September 16th event at Canadore’s Aviation Campus in the hangar are $125 each and a limit of 300 will be sold.

The goal is to raise $100,000.
