The North Bay Regional Health Centre ended 2016/17 with a $2.5-million budget surplus.

The audited financial statements are included in the hospital’s annual report.

Revenues were down, but so too were expenses.

The annual report also highlights the health centre’s strategic plan which has four themes.

They include:
– Access to the right care
– Partnerships with purpose
– Our people achieving their best
– Wise choices.
