Construction is ramping up on HWY 11 between Seymour St. and the Lakeshore Dr. exit starting Wednesday. South bound traffic is being diverted into the north bound lane while construction is underway, the speed limit in the areas is being reduced to 80km/h as well. Work is expected to be complete by August 31st.
