North Bay OPP are investigating the theft of about $10,000 in tools stolen in late October.

Police say two trailers on Dugas Road in East Ferris Township were broken into, with the police investigation beginning October 27th.

Everything from an air compressor, nailers, laser levels, saws and even a stapler were taken.

Meantime, North Bay OPP are looking for a black SUV after a fail to remain collision on the bypass yesterday (Tuesday) around 12:30 pm.

Police say as a woman driving a white van was approaching Cassells Street she was stuck from behind by the black SUV.

She turned onto Trout Lake Road to pull over, but the SUV continued west towards Frost Street.
