Area drivers are being cautioned about a large number of collisions in the past week involving wildlife, mainly deer.

North Bay OPP say there have been 14 incidents in the past 7 days, with over half taking place between 5 pm and 7 pm.

Police do say they are happening at all times of the day though.

Drivers are being reminded to take extra time, slow down and be vigilant on area roadways.
