If you’re traveling for Easter, you’ll have to budget a bit more for gas.

The price for a litre of regular jumped about ten cents in North Bay yesterday (Tuesday) to just over $1.30.

According to the province’s website, regular gas was just under $1.07 last year at this time.

It also spiked before Easter then too, ending up around $1.20 on April 17/17.

Just over a week ago the price locally was around $1.09.

The provincial and national averages are about $1.26 right now.
