West Nipissing Police have laid several charges after locating an assortment of drugs in a man’s possession.

Police say the estimated street value of the drugs has been pegged at $10,000.

Police seized Methamphetamine pills,Hydromorphone pills, cocaine, marijuana, other prescription pills, knives, a collapsible baton,
scales and substantial amount cash.

The charges facing 2 people- a 29 year old male and a 24 year old female- both from Sturgeon Falls include possession of controlled substances, obstruct peace
officer and possession of property obtained by crime.

West Nipissing Police say a male at a Highway 539 residence is facing several charges following a possible domestic incident.

The charges include failing to provide the necessities of life and aggravated assault.

The female victim was taken to hospital for treatment.

Police say she had visible injuries.
