The Leafs beat out the Bruins tonight in Game 3, winning 4-2.

The Jays were scheduled to meet the Kansas City Royals tonight at the Rogers Centre, but damage to the dome meant a postponement. Tomorrow will be a double header:

It’s also National Eggs Benedict Day. Which is my fave. Simply my FAVE!

The ACMs last night included a hilariously funny Reba McEntire as host at the Grand Garden Arena in Vegas. She even donned the iconic red dress while performing “Does He Love You?” with daughter-in-law, Kelly Clarkson.

Carrie Underwood hit all the right notes in a fab performance of her new tune “Cry Pretty”.

Blake Shelton, Dierks Bentley, Kelsea Ballerini and Luke Bryan were all on hand to perform. Little Big Town’s rendition of “Rocket Man” was, literally, out of this world as the quartet even donned Elton John-esque costumes.

Of course, the big winners of the night were Miranda Lambert for Female Vocalist of the Year, Chris Stapleton for Male Vocalist and Jason Aldean walking away with Entertainer of the Year.

Kendrick Lamar has scored a Pulitzer Prize for his album Damn.

From the New York Times:

The revered rapper is also the most commercially successful musician to receive the award, usually reserved for critically acclaimed classical acts who don’t live on the pop charts.

The 30-year-old won the prize for “DAMN.,” his raw and powerful Grammy-winning album. The Pulitzer board said Monday the album is “a virtuosic song collection unified by its vernacular authenticity and rhythmic dynamism that offers affecting vignettes capturing the complexity of modern African-American life.” He will win $15,000.

Amazing.

And what’s in a name? Heinz is asking the same. The company previously announced it was going to concoct a new condiment – mayo and ketchup. After polling users on Twitter, they’re now looking for someone to name it. Right now, it’s only for the United States, but the idea is compelling, none-the-less.

From Elite:

Heinz Mayochup is a pre-made combination of mayonnaise and ketchup, and according to Heinz, over 1 million people voted on the saucy issue (with the “yes” votes for Heinz Mayochup coming in at well over 500,000). Heinz had previously told the voters that if the Heinz Mayochup received half a million votes, then Heinz would bring the condiment stateside (Heinz Mayochup is currently only available in the Middle Eastern Gulf States). Well, the numbers don’t lie, and Heinz announced in a tweet on Monday, April 16 that the brand is officially set to have “mayochup” make its U.S debut this year.
