Following the recent trend of Tuesday afternoon price hikes, gas prices are up in North Bay.

A litre of regular is now listed just under $1.38 around the city.

That’s about six cents higher than the provincial average.

Since late March gas prices have jumped at least five times on Tuesday afternoons in North Bay, before trickling down.

Last week’s price hike lasted about 24 hours before the price dropped considerably.
