After a memorable season of NCAA and international hockey, North Bay’s Colton Point will be back home this weekend.

He’ll be signing autographs and taking pictures in the main foyer of Chippewa Secondary School at 2 pm tomorrow (Sat).

Point will have his Team Canada goalie equipment and World Junior Gold Medal with him.

There’s no charge, but fans are encouraged to bring along a non-perishable food item for the North Bay Food Bank.

“I think that it’s important to reconnect with the North Bay community now that I’m home and having this meet and greet will also help by providing food to the North Bay Food Bank,” said Point, a 2016 fifth round pick of the Dallas Stars.

“I hope I can make a positive impact and give back to North Bay because this city has always been good to me,” added the former North Bay Midget AAA Trappers goalie.
