The old Ontera building on Regina Street which was taken off the market in the spring after it was sold in an on line auction is now back on the market.

Ontario Norhtland says the two parties couldn’t achieve an agreement on the purchase of the property.

There will be an open house next Friday and offers will be accepted until the end of the month.

The building is 110 years old and is the original headquarters for the Temiskaming and Northern Ontario railway.

The on line auction selling price back in the spring was just over $670,000.
