Finance Minister Vic Fedeli will provide his first fiscal update on the state of the province’s finances two weeks from today.
Fedeli says the Fall Economic Statement will lay the ground work for the Progressive Conservative government’s agenda to help families and businesses across the province.
He is not spelling out the specific measures that will be included in the statement of November 15th.
But he says one-time revenue will not be used to tackle the 15-billion dollar deficit the Tories say was left behind by the former Liberal government. (The Canadian Press)
