Nineteen years ago today five year old Adam Ranger was killed after a truck failed to stop for his school bus in Mattawa.

The Let’s Remember Adam campaign has released a fourth video in the ‘This has to stop, We need to stop!’ initiative.

The video, called ‘The thing I remember most’ (below), calls on Ontarians, including parents, grandparents, caregivers, bus drivers, school teachers and administrators to join the Let’s Remember Adam initiative by writing their municipal and provincial government representatives to get stop – arm cameras on school buses across Ontario.

“My family and I remember Adam every single day,” said Pierre Ranger, Chairman of Let’s Remember Adam – STOP FOR THE SCHOOL BUS. “Today, we are asking that everyone join us in remembering Adam by telling your government leaders you want this to stop…Together, we can honour Adam’s memory by taking less than one minute out of our day to impact change and get stop-arm cameras on all school buses so that all children can travel to and from school safely.”
