The city has sold some of its land in the airport industrial park.

Mayor Al McDonald says the buyer is M.G. Valenti Holdings Inc.

“It’s about a little over 2.5 acres. The purchase price is $41,000 per acre. There are a couple of conditions that still has to be waived. It’s good news for the city of North Bay,” McDonald says.

McDonald wouldn’t say what project is going to be developed there.

He says he’ll let M.G. Valenti Holdings Inc detail that at the appropriate time.

The land is located on Voodoo Crescent.
