The Ontario Energy Board says residential natural gas customers in the northeast will noticed a bit of an increase in their bills.

New rates came into effect yesterday (July 1st) at Enbridge, with a $4 annual increase.

Officials say there are decreases in natural gas, transportation and storage prices, but there are increases in the Gas Price Adjustment, and Transportation Price Adjustment.

The result is an overall increase.
