The city has lifted a few restrictions now that we’re in phase one of the re-opening plan.

Access is being expanded to parks and other open spaces and benches, picnic tables and shelters can be used.

Also permitted are use of tennis courts and multi-use fields for unorganized, casual play

Keep in mind, the physical distancing rules haven’t changed and space of atleast two metres between people is still required.

Use on play structures, swings, slides, splash pads and outdoor exercise equipment is still prohibited and groups of five or more people are still not allowed.

The city’s Skate Park, located at Thomson Park; and the off-leash dog park at Champlain Park remain closed.
