North Bay’s Terry Restoule is $400,000 richer.

He took a spin on the OLG’s ‘big spin wheel’ in Toronto and won the prize.

He purchased his winning ticket at the Esso on Pinewood Park Drive.

Restoule says he plans on spending his winnings on a big party and setting up education funds for his children.
