The annual Casey’s Charity Golf Classic is back tomorrow (Tuesday) with a name change.

Capital Centre Marketing Manager Katelyn Ricci says the event is now known as Terry’s Golf Classic.

“With Terry Tourigny’s passing this year it’s extremely important that we honour him in this respect,” she says.

The 32nd annual event is taking place at Highview Golf Course.

Ricci says the tournament is very important to the Capitol Centre.

“It’s one of our biggest fundraisers and we love the support we get from that, it’s also one of the funnest golf tournaments, because we have some of the best prizes. We have tickets to amazing concerts, including Chicago and Rock The Park,” she says.

Lunch is provided on the course followed by a dinner at Casey’s.
