Weekly comic panel being launched by The Game Of Things

The Game of Things is bringing some weekly ‘comic’ relief starting tomorrow (Wednesday).

One of the owners of the party game, North Bay’s Mark Sherry says they’re launching a weekly comic panel based on the topic cards in the game.

“We try to encapsulate in an image, a response to The Game of Things, take something that we think is funny visually and come up with a caption around the topic,” he says.

The idea for the comic panel came out a meeting they held involving the development of a phone App for the game.

“I jokingly said to my staff, ‘I’ve always wanted to create a comic around The Game of Things’ and one of my staff members says ‘I’m a pretty good artist’ and we just tried it out from there and it actually really worked,” Sherry says.

The first one tomorrow involves free-range chickens.

Sherry says the comic panel will be released on their social media channels (Twitter, Facebook and Instagram) each Wednesday.
