Mayhem on Main returns

It’s become a tradition on Summer In The Park weekend in front of Cheapskates downtown.

The event is called Mayhem on Main and Cheapkskates owner Barry Klus says it’s the 6th edition.

He says the event is open to BMX and dirt bike jump riders and the competitors put on a great show.

“They will do tricks on BMX or Dirt Jump bikes. They do all sorts of things from tailwhips to 360’s. It’s quite a show to see,” Klus says.
He says they have some big time sponsors so there are plenty of prizes. The competition goes from noon to 4 on Saturday.

Klus says there’s a lot on the line at Mayhem on Main 6.

“It’s bragging rights and there’s a big crowd. This is something the athletes don’t get exposed to that much so it’s nice to put on an event like this,” he says.
