Probable cause identified in last week's fire in North Bay

The cause of a fire Friday night in North Bay is believed to be electrical.

3 North Bay Firefighters suffered minor injuries in the blaze on Cholette Street.

The North Bay Fire Department says the fire at Junior’s Tirecraft Tire Service was significant and firefighters encountered heavy black smoke upon their arrival at 7 pm.

No one was in the building at the time.

Deputy chief Greg Saunders says there was significant damage to the building.
