Team Northern Ontario has wrapped up play at the boys U18 Canadian Curling Championship in Alberta.

Malcolm O’Bright’s rink from the North Bay Granite Club lost twice on Friday, to finish with a 2-4 record.

B.C. improved to 5-1 with an 8-4 win in Draw 9 while Manitoba also improved to 5-1 with a 5-3 win over Northern Ontario last night.

The local team finished 6th in the Pool A standings, with the top four moving on to the championship round.

Rounding out the team are Andrew Hong, Dylan Burns, Sean Breadmore and Kyle Vainio.
