A 45 year old city man who was charged with child luring in February is facing more charges after the ongoing investigation revealed another female victim.

North Bay Police say in 2013 the man identified himself as a teenage boy and had an online relationship with the victim.

It’s alleged several sexually explicit images and videos that would constitute child pornography were shared.

Reginald Hutchinson is facing another charge of child luring, along with making child pornography, invitation to sexual touching and making sexually explicit material available to a child.

Detective Constable Buchanan, the lead investigator from the North Bay Police Service, says these investigations can very time consuming.

He advises that parents must educate themselves regarding internet safety.

“In this age of technology you have to talk to your children to safe guard them when they use internet,” he says.
