North Bay City Council has taken the interim tag off David Euler’s CAO title. He was appointed as interim CAO in December. He says he’s been busy on city council’s agenda to grow the city.

“We had the budget passed in January with a focus on growth and development and that’s going to be a key,” he says.

He says he’s been busy since being appointed.

“It was clear then that council was interested in a growth agenda and we restructured and the first step was to hire Ian Kilgour as the new director of community development and growth to lead that area,” he says.

Euler’s been with the city since 2005 and was Managing Director of Engineering, Environmental Services and Public Works from 2014 until late last year. He replaced Keith Robicheau in the CAO position.
