The North Bay-Mattawa Conservation Authority says its latest readings show there’s been minimal change in snow depth and water content in the snow compared to the last readings two weeks ago.

The depth ranges from 15 cm in Chisholm to 21 cm at Chippewa Creek.

That’s less than twelve months ago when the range was from 31-36 cm at the three reading stations.

Water content in the snow remains above average for this time of year while snow depth is less than average in Chisholm and Corbeil but above average at Chippewa Creek.
