A 39 year old city man is facing several charges, including trespass by night and voyeurism, after an investigation into someone peering into the windows of homes in North Bay.

City police say around 11:30 pm Sunday a man was spotted looking in windows of an Olive Street home, and left when confronted.

About four and a half hours later a man was discovered inside a King Street West home, confronted by the homeowner and ‘contained’ until police arrived.

The investigation continues.
