Lakers hockey players recognized for their efforts

There’s no shortage of recognition for members of the Nipissing Lakers women’s hockey team.

Malory Dominico who scored eleven goals this season has won the OUA rookie of the year award and was named to the all rookie team.

All making the list on the all rookie squad were fellow Lakers Maggie McKee and Allison Hayhurst.

The Lakers also had two players named to the 2nd all star team: Malory sister Maria who had 20 points and Katelyn Heppner.
