Popular Local Business Owner Ready to Defend Himself

North Bay – Information was released today regarding an upcoming court appearance for a popular local businessman, Renzo Silveri. Mr. Silveri is a lifelong resident of North Bay, who together with his family, has spent his working life building North Bay into a place people of this City are proud to call their home.
The allegations made against Mr. Silveri centre around the Premier Village by the Lake development. His dream was to build a community of single family residences next to beautiful Lake Nipissing. The project was set up as a condominium structure so that all members would have a say in the neighborhood, share in its development and its vision moving forward. This vision, took a sudden turn when a small group of people highjacked the Board and its operations. Following this coup, the community and its residents have found themselves embroiled in series of needless lawsuits. Under the management of this group, the expenses at Premier Village have dramatically increased for the entire community.
Responding to the charges, Mr. Silveri stated: “I am a community builder. These charges have rocked my family to the core; they are groundless and hurtful. I will be completely exonerated. I wish I could elaborate, but as this matter is before the court I am not able to comment further. I ask the community to reserve judgement and not take at face value all that is rumoured about these charges.”
