For the first time in a while you will have access to the first floor of City Hall.

As of Thursday morning at 9 am and until 4 pm the first floor will be available to the general public for several services including tax/water payments, parking rental sales, burn permit purchases, and parking ticket payments.

Other services like residential rental housing, business, marriage and lottery licensing, as well as building plan submission and permit issuance are available through appointment only.

The city says public access is only being allowed for services on the first floor as of Thursday.
