The North Bay Parry Sound District Health Unit has created a guidance document with school starting up next month.

It’s called COVID-19 and School Reopening – Public Health Information for Families.

The health unit says it answers many questions parents and guardians may have as they prepare their children for the return to school.

It will be up on the health unit’s web site next Tuesday.

Meantime, the health unit cautions that even with very low levels of the virus within their coverage area now is not the time to become unconcerned and it asks people to continue to follow public health measures including physical distancing, wearing a face covering, washing or sanitizing hands often, coughing or sneezing into your sleeve.
