A silver medal for former North Bay Y Titan Dominique Bouchard

A silver medal for former North Bay Y Titan Dominique Bouchard at the Pan Am Games in Toronto!

She finished second in the women’s 200 metre backstroke final.

Bouchard had a time of 2:09:74, just 1.52 seconds behind fellow Canadian Hilary Caldwell, who won gold.

Meantime, North Bay Mayor Al McDonald is offering his congratulations to Bouchard. 

Bouchard was first overall in the heats with a time of 2:09:59.

She’s also competing in the 100 metre backstroke event coming up on Friday.
