Expect some hardnosed hockey, says Stan Butler.

That’s how the Troops Head Coach describes the upcoming OHL Eastern Conference Championship Series between his squad and the Oshawa Generals.

Game one goes tonight (Friday) in Oshawa and Butler says this is their toughest challenge of the post-season so far.

He says, “I think, as we progress here, every team we’ve played is a little bit better and I mean this team may be a lot better and we’re going to have to up our game in order to compete with them.”

The Battalion swept the Generals in the same round one year ago.
