Now the OHL Eastern Conference Semi-Final series heads to North Bay for the first time after the Troops earned a split against the Colts in Barrie.

Battalion Head Coach Stan Butler says limiting Barrie’s chances will be a key the rest of the series.

He says “you don’t want to give them odd man rushes; they’re a very opportunistic type of team.

Butler adds it was important to get a split in the first two games “we had to at least get one win there to get home ice back, but now it doesn’t matter because they are going to try and do the same thing to us. It’s two very balanced teams and we have to focus one game at a time.

Catch tonight’s game on Country 600 CKAT, starting with the pre-game show at 6:35 pm.

Meantime, for those looking to purchase tickets to the game, the box office at Memorial Gardens opens at 8:30 am.
